Although I'm based in Sandbach, Cheshire, I am able to travel to surrounding areas to deliver mat Pilates classes in the comfort of your own home!
For equipment-based classes, you can currently find me Monday-Thursday, plus Saturday's, based at The Pilates Studio Cheshire, in Leighton, Crewe.

Group Classes
If you're looking for group classes either across Mat or apparatus (the reformer, tower or chair) you can find me based at The Pilates Studio Cheshire
Equipment 1:1s/2:1s
Seen the reformer all over social media but think it looks more like a scary torture device? Have been told by everyone that it would be great for you but not sure where to start?
A 1:1 session to understand the equipment is a great place to start, this helps you to build the foundations for great Pilates practice. For these sessions I am based at The Pilates Studio Cheshire.

At home Pilates
These at-home sessions are suitable for 1-2 clients.
For these sessions you don't need to worry about having to leave your house on a cold and rainy morning - I'll come to you!*
*Please note that these sessions are mat-based only.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any 1:1, 2:1, group classes which can be rearranged or cancelled and you will not be charged. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will still be charged the full amount.
